At FUNC, we take pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

  1. Anytime Returns (Within Shelf Life)

We offer the option to return products at any time, provided that the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and within its stated shelf life / expiration or best-before date by 3 months. Products that are opened, damaged, or within 3 months of expiration // best-before date are not eligible for return under this policy.

Process

To return an order:

i) Email us within the parameters mentioned above by contacting our customer support team at hello@funcworld.com.

ii) You are responsible for the return postage costs and the safe return of the goods. Please ensure that the products are returned in a resellable condition, with all original packaging intact.

iii) The FUNC team will inspect the order on arrival and if acceptable, we will reimburse you for the cost of products within 14 days of sign off.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please follow the steps below to arrange a refund or replacement. Note, this does not include minor wear and tear such as dents // scuffs.

Process

i) Photographic evidence: Take clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and the packaging.

ii) Contact us: Email the photographs and your order number to our customer support team at hello@funcworld.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

iii) We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged or defective product.

  1. Missing Products

If you receive your delivery and products are missing, please also email us at hello@funcworld.com. Tell us what product(s) are missing and include photographic evidence.

  1. Claims for Non-Delivery

For any queries regarding delivery of your order, please contact the courier in the first instance. Should they be unable to resolve an issue, please contact hello@funcworld.com. Please ensure that your shipping address was correct at the time of purchase.
